Description

The Revell 05040 "Bismarck" is a scale model kit that measures 69.9x10.2x19.2 centimeters. This kit is made of plastic and has various features, including four fully detailed 38 cm gun turrets, two Arado 196 Seaplanes with glass cockpits, sixteen 10.5 cm ackack guns, search lights with transparent parts, ten lifeboats, two fully detailed cranes, display stand, and a manual. The manual has step-by-step instructions and decal sets for two different periods of operation: the trial phase Baltic Sea and the period leading up to May 1941.

Steps to build the Revell 05040 "Bismarck":
Step 1: Start by cutting the plastic sprues using a sprue cutter.
Step 2: Use a hobby knife to cut any parts that are larger than 25mm.
Step 3: Separate all parts and lay them on a clean, flat surface.
Step 4: Take note of which colors of Revell Aqua Color and Spray Color are used to paint each area.
Step 5: Use Revell Contacta Professional to pin down small details with extreme accuracy.
Step 6: Apply Revell Aqua Color and Spray Color according to the color charts.
Step 7: Clean and dry your model by using a brush with a Revell Contacta Professional and Brush cleaner.
Step 8: Attention to small details should be given while painting and assembling the model.
