The Leifheit Screw-in Ground Socket, 5 cm
The Leifheit Screw-in Ground Socket for rotary washing line’s is the easiest method for inserting into the ground for a Leifheit (or any 5 cm diameter) rotary clothes line pole. The socket has a spiral screw so that it can be wound into the lawn with the bar provided. Care needs to be taken to ensure that the screw is upright. This Socket features a steel core to give additional rigidity. This is recommended in areas prone to more wind. Should the Rotary Clothes Line need to be relocated, it is easy to simply "unscrew" the socket from the lawn and insert in the new location. Besides being used as a replacement, additional sockets may be purchased to provide an alternative location for the Rotary Clothes Line.
Screw-in peg
The ground socket is made of plastic with a metal core and has a spiral screw. Simply screw vertically into the ground without the need for embedding with concrete. Tip: Make a small hole first using the iron rod to help screw the socket in with even more ease.
Turning rod
The ground peg comes with an iron rod that is simply inserted into the two holes at the top of the socket providing leverage to turn the rod. Retain the turning rod in case you decide to move the ground peg to another location.
Versatile
Suitable for use with all Leifheit rotary dryers (excluding LinoProtect 400) as well as most commercial rotary dryers and parasols with a tube diameter of 50 mm.
Closure cap
An additional feature includes a handy closure cap to protect and keep the inner clean for when not in-use.
