WARNINGS. DO NOT SWALLOW OR PLACE IN NOSTRILS. IF SYMPTOMS PERSIST, OR IN CASE OF FEVER, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. DO NOT USE ON CHILDREN UNDER 6 MONTHS OF AGE. RUB ON METHOD. Always use at first sign of a cold to get maximum benefit. DIRECTIONS: Adults: Rub liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. Children and Babies (over 6 months): Gently help to rub away the symptoms of your child's cold with your tender touch. Apply lightly to chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. This product can be used with other medicines. INHALATION METHOD. Directions for use (adults only): If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10-15 minutes. This product can be used with other medicines. CAUTION: Never reheat the mixture.
