Siting
Site in areas where birds are a problem such as newly seeded lawns or vegetable areas. For best results install the Falcon before seeding or fruit ripening to prevent bird feeding habits developing.
Move the Falcon from time to time to prevent pests from becoming used to them and remove them altogether when not in use.
Where possible mount the decoy above the area you want to protect; birds will naturally refrain from flying under the predator decoy.
Natural colouring
Falcon has been hand finished to give a realist natural colouring deterring birds naturally and without doing harm.
Standing 36cm the life-like colouring will warn off unwanted visitors to your garden.
All weather
Falcon is made from a durable plastic that can be used all season long.
In excessive winds or extreme sub-zero temperatures, it's recommended that the product is taken down and stored temporarily.

Pest Control
The best defence against bird problems is to target their senses; visual and audible deterrents have long been effective for many years.
Birds fear their natural predators. Plastic life-like decoys that visually mimic the natural appearance and movement are most effective.
Sudden movement will scare a bird into flight so suspended items caught in a breeze will achieve the sudden movement. Increase the deterrent effect by adding flashing light reflections from high shine materials and even noise from chimes, spinners and flickering tapes.
To help achieve the maximum effect, reposition regularly, at least every 2-3 days.

Birds can quickly get used to decoy deterrents so follow these tips to ensure that they remain effective.
