The Marcy Diamond Elite Standard Weight Bench includes a Preacher Curl Pad and Curl Handle. To do Preacher Curls, simply add weight plates to the post below the Curl Handle and you’re set!
Adjustable Back Pad
Utilize the adjustable back pad to change up your workout. By inclining your back pad, you can target different parts of your muscles during Bench Presses or Pec Dec.
Preacher Curls
Preacher Curls are similar to Curls. However, the Preacher Curl Pad helps you target your biceps while Curling – the Preacher Curl Pad prevents you from \u201ccheating\u201d during Curls.
