Turn down the surface temperature when the Thermopoint lights up red since the optimum cooking temperature has been reached. When it cools down again, the temperature display turns green again. Wait until the pan has cooled down completely before cleaning. The Thermopoint not only helps to create successful results, but also ensures proper care of the Cortina Granitium pan for long-lasting enjoyment.
    Quick cleaning
    The pan is dishwasher safe so you can spend less time washing up, even after frying with oil. But thanks to the non-stick coating, it can be washed by hand just as quickly and easily. Let it cool down first to avoid sharp temperature differences and deformation of the aluminium pan, then simply rinse it with water and a soft sponge so that it is ready for the next recipe.
