Description
The MT320 has been completely redesigned to achieve the perfect combination of form and function. The end result is a dual action polisher which allows users of all skill levels to create a show car finish from the comfort of their own home or garage.
The all-new thumb adjustable speed dial and outer casing have been designed for a more ergonomic feel, providing a speed adjustment between 3000-7500 opm for faster compounding, superior final polishing and easier waxing.
Inside the MT320 boasts a newly developed Digital Torque Management system which electronically regulates and maintains the torque and speed during use. This ensures you get the best possible finish every single time. A new billet counter weight design means the MT320 is smooth to use and perfectly balanced, while its soft start function provides easy control when initially turning the tool on.
The new foam discs have a low profile for optimised performance and a smoother buffing experience.
What is Dual Action?
Dual Action means that the pad moves in 2 directions at the same time, similar to how the Earth rotates on its axis while spinning around the Sun.
This professional grade tool will allow you to get better results than by hand and deliver those results safely without damaging your paint or leaving behind any swirls marks.
STEP 1: COMPOUND
Dispense a small amount of Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound onto a clean Red Foam Cutting Disc (DFC5).
Set MT320 Polisher speed to 5800 OPM. Work in a 2 x 2 feet section and apply 3-4 overlapping passes using moderate pressure, moving the pad slowly across the paint. Re-apply as needed to remove stubborn defects. (Do not allow product to dry.)
Wipe off residue using a clean Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfibre Towel.
STEP 2: POLISH
Dispense a small amount of Meguiar’s Ultimate Polish onto a clean Yellow Foam DA Polishing Disc (DFP5).
Set MT320 Polisher speed to 4800 OPM. Work in a 2 x 2 feet section and apply 2 – 3 overlapping passes using moderate pressure. (Do not allow product to dry.)
Wipe off residue using a clean Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfibre Towel.
STEP 3: WAX
Dispense a small amount of Meguiar’s Ultimate Liquid Wax onto a clean Black Foam DA Finishing Disc (DFF5).
Set MT320 Polisher speed to 3800 OPM. Apply 2 overlapping passes using light pressure. Apply more product as needed until all painted surfaces of the vehicle are covered in a thin uniform coat.
Wipe off residue with a clean Meguiar’s SupremeShine Microfibre Towel.
