A Candy Floss natural flavouring, great for cakes, icings, fudges and much more. A natural flavouring for cooking, baking, desserts & more. This is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted. It is for use in foodstuffs only and is not to be consumed directly. For best results dilute the flavour into a key wet ingredient such as water milk or egg. Only a few drops are needed so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. Foodie Flavours Candy Floss Natural Flavouring is suitable for the following diets: Coeliac, Ovo-lacto vegetarians, Vegans, Halal, Kosher.

Directions
For best results dilute our candy floss flavour into a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg. Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will flash off so you may need to increase the dose to compensate. Do not exceed: 3.0ml per kg in foodstuffs 0.9ml per litre in beverages
