This Sabatier Ideal Inox 15cm Cooks Knife combines all the best elements of a truly great knife. The traditional slim and elegant shapes of the iconic Sabatier knife, combined with contemporary high-performance materials. This knife has a stylish black handle with three attractive brass rivets. Manufactured in the Lion Sabatier factory in Thiers, France. Rousselon Dumas-Sabatier have been manufacturing Sabatier knives in this factory since 1812 to the very highest of standards. They are one of the most famous and well known knife manufacturers in France. These high quality knives are perfect for use at home, are easy to handle and equally as easy to sharpen. Comfortable contoured handles shaped to fit with your hand perfectly. Made from Nitrogen strengthened 4116N stainless steel and a with an official Rockwell Hardness rating (HRC) of 57/59 these knives will be able to handle whatever is thrown at them. With a strong, sharp cutting edge and triple riveted handle, these knives have a beautiful black finish that contrasts perfectly with the steel of the blade.
