Thanks to the 5-fold Granitium non-stick coating, the food dissolves easily from the base without the need for the use of frying fat or oil - ideal for healthy cooking. The non-stick coating is reinforced by a high mineral content and is particularly heat-resistant and scratch-resistant. For this reason, utensils made of metal can also be used for the sauté pan. The non-stick coating shows a decorative stone look, the exterior features a matte black powder coating. The glass lid allows you to see the food at any time. Thanks to this attractive look, the sauté pan is an eye-catcher even when serving - so you don't have to transfer the goulash or ragout at all.
The model has a size of 28 cm and is forged in a heavy design. The ergonomic, thermo-insulated plastic handle has a practical temperature display: the Thermopoint. This changes from green to red when the optimal cooking temperature is reached. After cooling, it shows its green colour again. The bi-metal base made of aluminium and steel is black coated and is suitable for all types of cookers, especially induction. For cleaning, it is possible to put the pan and lid in the dishwasher.
