Ingredients
2 duck magrets
2 slices of bread mold
100 ml milk.
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.
1 tender chopped onion
1 Bay Leaf
1 egg
Brandy, salt and pepper to taste
Duck Hamburger with tender onions, crispy bacon and goat cheese
DIY Steps:
1. Cleans duck magrets by separating skin and meat from fat. Pour the chopped onion with a little olive oil. While chopping the magret with a chopper or knife.
2. Once chopped, soak the bread in milk. Put the chopped magret in a bowl with the bread soaked in milk, the chopped parsley the candied onion, the egg, the brandy and finally sprinkle to your taste.
3. For tender chives, cut the green part so that it does not bitter. Put a saucepan to boil and once the water boils, pour the salt and onions. Let boil for about 10 minutes.
4. Once cooked, cool in water and ice and store in the fridge.
5. Mold the duck burger. Place your Tefal non-stick frying pan on the fire and when it's hot, cook the burger.
6. On the other hand, cut the scalded chives into quarters for grilling on the embers with a little olive oil and finish sprinkling.
7. Present it all in a hamburger format and put the ingredients in the order you want. Add goat cheese for a more intense flavor
