The innovative and multi-layer sandwich base Sigma Classic + promotes energy-saving cooking. Its aluminium core stores the absorbed heat and keeps the pot warm for a long time, so you can reduce the heat input early on. Thanks to the right-angled encapsulation of the aluminium core, the heat is conducted to the side wall, ensuring that the contents of the pot are ideally supplied with heat even when the hob is turned down.
Tightly closing glass lid
Except for the saucepan, all pots include their own matching lids. The flat lids with silicone seal are sufficiently heavy and fit exactly on the pot, so that no steam can escape. The practical cast stainless steel handle allows easy opening and closing without burning your fingers.
Secure handles
The handles ensure safe handling during the entire cooking process. The increased use of material, the small handle cross section and the distance to the pot ensure that the handles remain cold for longer than average when used on the stove, thus reducing the risk of burns.
