How do I use the OraCoat XyliMelts? How long does the effect last? Place the tablet with the brown coloured sticky side outside on a top or bottom molar or adjacent gums so that the brown side touches your teeth or gums and the white side faces towards the cheek. Help with the tongue to place the tablet comfortably. If you disturb the tablet, then you can rotate the tablet to different other places. You should not touch the tablet with finger and tongue for 10 seconds so that the tablet can stick well. The tablet sticks after approx. 5 minutes complete. If you want to change the location, simply slide the adhesive tablet into a new place within 1 minute after the first application. NIGHT / SLEEPING: Usually use 2 tablets (one for each side of the mouth). Some people also feel 1 tablet sufficient. When sleeping, XyliMelts can be approx. 4-8 hours. Daytime: Depending on your needs, it can be used approx. 1-4 hours.
