Sourced from an environmentally friendly renewable source, these high-quality 300mm x 210mm x 3mm Birch Plywood boards (approximately A4) have been cut to a tolerance of +/- 2mm. Although our laser-guidued saw can be highly accurate, there may be small variations in color and pattern on different sides of the board, making it more of a hand-selected batch approach.
At least one side of this premium 300mm x 210mm x 3mm Birch Plywood will have blemishes such as some slight surface pitting or natural-colored striations within our acceptable guidelines, to give an aged, distinctive appearance to the final result. We recommend using low-fume internallbonded (E1 glue) for Laser cutting since we source this ply, but the board\'s unique look will require that you be patient in handling and finishing, ensuring it\'s at a low temperature environment after the board has dried completely for hours of painting time and care of course.
Material and Size: The base material is high-quality Birch wood sourced from renewable resources. With dimensions of 30 x 21 x 3 cm, each sheet fits within an standard UK-sized A4 format while being just under half the width at a measured .364m. While some manufacturing defects and slight blemishes on individual sheets cannot be predicted, our quality control department will test any defects before selling this to you in this large packing of ten. We sell smaller sheets sizes and other options in case our size does not fit perfectly or due to preference.
