Made from 100% tree-ripened and hand-harvested Sicilian pistachios which are known as the "volcanic" pistachios as they are produced in the area around Mount Etna. They are slightly longer and thinner than other varieties from other parts of the world. They have an intense aroma and a stronger and sharper taste, partly due to the volcanic soil from where they are grown..

Directions
Oil separation is natural. Simply stir before use. To stir, start with vertical up and down motion preferably using a thin spatula, or similar utensil, until the oil reaches the bottom of the jar. Then stir using circular motions until completely the paste and the oil are thoroughly mixed.
