Wright's premium white bread mix is made from a quality blend of wheats, milled in the traditional way. It is the most popular mix and a great base for adding your own additional ingredients. For 500g of bread mix just add 320ml of warm water. This mix works brilliantly in bread making machines and creates delicious home baked bread and rolls either savoury or sweet and thin and crispy pizza bases straight from your oven. Suitable for vegetarians, the bread, when cooled and covered freezes very well. Packaged in plastic free, recylable FSC paperbags. Each pack is 500g and makes approximately 16 servings, which is 1 loaf or 10 rolls. There are 5 packs in this 2.5kg wholesale bulk pack. -
