Studies have shown that an inversion of the body by only 25 degrees for a few minutes a day can have enormous positive effects on the human organism. Inversion angle 40\xb0
On this picture you can see the inversion angle for 40\xb0. The higher you set the inversion angle, the steeper the angle is. The steepest inversion angle is therefore reached at 90\xb0. The flattest inversion angle is 20\xb0. The four possible inversion angles together with the free inversion cover all important angles and are completely sufficient.

All in all, the SportPlus gravity trainer has the following inversion angles, which are easy to adjust: 4-way adjustable between 20\xb0, 40\xb0, 60\xb0 and 80\xb0 or free inversion at +90\xb0 and -90\xb0 respectively On the product image an inversion angle of 60\xb0 is set (upside down).

Adjustable body height
To adjust the inversion table to your height, there is a size scale on the footrest. This size scale serves as a guide for you. Keep in mind that this is only a guide value and that you may have to try something out to find the optimal setting.
This inversion bench is adjustable for people with a body height of approx. 154 cm to approx. 199 cm.
Padded foot holder
Since the body weight is held by the feet when inverting, it is important that the foot sections offer sufficient support and are comfortable. Both are provided by the SportPlus gravity trainer. There are two brackets which ensure that the legs cannot slip sideways out of the bracket. In addition, soft and comfortable cushions provide additional support and comfort.
Set inversion angle
The inversion angle can be adjusted quickly and easily using a metal pin. If, for example, you want to hang the inversion angle above your head at 60\xb0, twist the metal pin into the corresponding hole. As soon as the desired inversion angle of 60\xb0 is reached, the metal pin blocks and prevents over-inversion.
