About the gym
The Marcy MKM-81010 Home Multi Gym has the flexibility to appeal to both starters and experienced trainers alike. The huge 90 kg (200 lb) solid vinyl weight stack is broken down into 13 7.25 kg plates, so you can start light and progressively develop your strength, or go straight into the heavier weights if you are up for the challenge.
Adjustable Press Arm
The dual function press arms can be used to train your pectoral muscles as well as your trapezius muscles for a full upper body workout. The press arms quickly convert with a one pin movement for ease of use.
Adjustable Preacher Pad
Strong, solid arm muscles are developed by bicep curls. The height adjustable preacher curl pad aligns your arms perfectly and will help you isolate the upper front arm and forearms.
Weight stack
The huge 90 kg (200 lb) solid vinyl weight stack is broken down into 13 x 7.25 kg plates allowing the gym to be suitable for the beginner to advance user.

About Marcy
At the age of 19, Walter Marcyan began training with barbells and soon after won the central AAU Light Heavyweight Lifting Championship in the USA. In the 40s, he moved to Santa Monica, where he began training at the newly established Muscle Beach, that still exists today and where pioneers of bodybuilding such as Jack LaLanne, Bill Pearl, and Arnold Schwarzenegger began their careers.
In 1946, he developed the first Multi Gym. Marcyan was a visionary, he believed that everyone should have the opportunity to exercise at home with their own professional grade equipment. In 1959, Walter Marcyan founded Marcy Gymnasium Equipment Company. His patented designs were years ahead of their time and still widely used today.
After 70 years of expansion, the brand Marcy has evolved into Marcy Eco, an extension of Marcy, and will now focus on products which are environmentally sustainable, ensuring products are Made in Britain to strength the relationship with its UK customer base.
