Espresso Style Shots, French Press Style, Americano, Iced Coffee, Cold Brew, Tea and more...
Which Filter Should I Use?
Use disc Fine for full-body, french press style coffee.
Use disc Superfine for a smooth, sweet cup with increased clarity.
What Coffee Should I use?
Light/Medium roast. Freshly roasted, freshly ground.
We recommend our Big Bossa blend!
Brewing with CAFE CONCETTO
Try Our Recipe
Coffee - 15g, freshly ground beans
(Try our Big Bossa blend)
Grind size - medium, sand-like coarseness.
Water - 220g at 93\xb0C.
Total Brew Time - 4:00 mins
Normal Method
Load filter into the cap and screw on.
Add coffee, 30g bloom, stirring gently for 30 seconds.
Add remaining water, finish pouring at 1:00.
Cap the AeroPress with plunger.
At 3 minutes plunge slowly for 1 minute.
