Please note, these cables are NOT suitable for 4K 2160p UHD, for this specification, you will require our v2.0 or Fibre Optic products.
These cables will work with: CCTV, Xbox One & 360, Playstation 3 & 4 (PS3, PS4), Nintendo Switch, SKY HD, Freeview/Free Sat, FIre TV, PC, Laptops Projectors and other similar devices all up to 2k resolution.

Q: What version is this HDMI cable?
A: These are high speed HDMI v1.4 cables, with a bandwidth speed of 10.2Gbps.
Q: Do these cables work with 4K 2060p UHD
A: No, these cables will only work on resolutions up to 1080p or 2K
Q: Will these work with my SKY TV box or SKY Q?
A: Yes, they will, but only at the lower HD resolution of 2K (1080p), they will NOT work on the higher 4K resolution.
Q: Do these leads work on a Virgin Cable box?
A: Yes, but as per with SKY it will only work on the lower resolution settings.
Q: Are these officially licensed HDMI cables?
A: Yes, and they meet all HDMI standards.
Q: Do your cables support ARC (Audio Return Channel)?
A: Yes
Q: Will these work with Dolby Atmos?
A: Yes
Q: Can these cables work from a Laptop to a Projector
A: Yes, absolutely, however they will only work up to 1080p 2k at 60hz, so you need to ensure your settings are correct.
Q: Will these work on an Xbox or Playstation?
A: Yes, but again, only at 2k / 1080p, they will not work if you have your console set to 4k/2160p output.
Q. Are these cables suitable for running outside?
A: You can run these cables outside, but ONLY with waterproof trunking. These cables are not waterproof.
Q. Will these cables work with an HDMI splitter?
A: Yes, in general these cables should work fine with most HDMI splitters, preferably powered splitters.

Q: I have plugged the cable in and I am not getting a picture
A: Please check you are only trying to send a resolution of 2k/1080p, higher resolutions will require a different cable.
A: Some devices have quite a low output on the HDMI port which can cause a weak signal on longer leads, please test our cable on another device.
Q: Can I run these cables through walls to other rooms?
A: Yes, but its important to test the cable prior to running to ensure compatibility with your set-up.
A: You should also note that you should very carefully feed cables through channelling, whilst the cables are strong, pulling then harshly through a wall may well damage them.
