Directions
To prepare one 225ml serving, pour 190ml of room temperature or cold water into a cup and gradually mix in 5 packed, level scoops (approx. 50g) of Paediasure Shake Powder. Number of servings: 1-3 years - 1 serving per day; 4-10 years - 2 servings a day.
