Goldenrod top – Herba solidaginis
Field Horsetail top – Equisetum arvense
Ling top – Herba callunae
Preparation
Pour boiling water (0.2 l) over a tea bag in a cup and allow it to infuse for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Recommended usage
Drink tea 3 times daily before meal.
