It is essential to cleaning the pump every one or two weeks to make it work normally always,below is the steps to clean\uff1a
Remove the pump cover. You will need to use a fingernail inserted into the seam to open it.
Remove the impeller cap by placing your fingernail underneath the small edge.
Use a fingernail to remove the impeller, which is held magnetically in place. Clean the part with soap and warm water, and then reassemble these.
If pump stopped working, please troubleshoot as following:
Shake the power adapter to check if there are foreign matters in it;
Check if the power cord is gnawed and destroyed by the pets;
Check if the pump is blocked by the foreign matters. Take out the pump for cleaning: detach the cover and take out the rolling bearing. Rinse it with water under the tap, you can also clean it with toothbrush.
