There are following reasons for the pain, redness, burning sensation and afew swelling cases at the ares where the cream is applied:
1.The interstital fluid, when accumulate,not tikelu discharged after using the cream more than once.
Solution: timely discharge the interstital fluid. The redness, burning sensation and swelling of the affected area will subside and disappear gradually in about 2 hours.
2.The efficacy of the cream is strong. When apply on the areas where the keratin is thin, please make sure to strictly control the contact time.
3.This product only applies to hand and feet. Its forbidden to apply to face or joints or other parts of the body.
Cautions

Only use on affected area.
When apply to hands
1. Use a cotton swab to smear the cream on the affected area;
2. Keep the cream on the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes. Use a towel to wipe the cream off when feel sensation of numbness or gnawing pain.
·Note: DO NOT use alcohol or water to wipe the cream off.
3. Apply once every two days and each time three times(keep the affected area dry before application); Continue using for 6-10 days based on the affection degree of the warts.
4. Stop using the cream while the affected area begin to scab. Remove the scab and start to apply membrane twice a day for two weeks to eliminate the warts and verrucas and prevent relapse.
When apply to feet
Its recommended to keep the cream moisturizes for 30-40 minutes layer by layer each time.
