To take measurements using the device, please remove nail polish or makeup on your finger and attach the sensor device to the middle finger of the hand where there is no cut, or ring finger of both hands with no fingers near. Avoid moving around to much. Wait until skin temperature approaches room temperature for best results. Turn off the unit automatically within 15s if you\'re not making measurements, avoid low oxygen conditions or the wrong type of metal can have effects.
Factors causing inaccurate measurement may include conducted SpO2 measurement on a person smeared with nail polish or body motion or fingers with low blood perfusion.
