The Allcam MDM12DA has been the popular LCD monitor arm on Amazon since its debut in 2008 for a simple reason: it is made from solid steel and supports monitor weights up to 10kg/22lbs, it excels in situations where other LCD arms failed, for example the 27" monitors and 21.5" iMac (optional adapter required: ACIMC2).
The MDM12DA desk mount bracket is compatible with most 19" to 27" LCD monitor. It is the twin monitor version of the Allcam MDM10-series (MDM11, MDM12 ...) multiple monitor desk mount bracket with the same black finish, same modules, same features, and same mounting method.
Upgraded/ improved with quick-release joint for tool-free height adjustment
Thanks to your feedback, the Allcam MDM12DA LCD monitor arm now features quick-release joint with ratcheting lever, it is now possible to adjust the height of the monitor arm with just your hand (no tool required).
Flexible Desk Mount: Grommet and Clamp
It is normally easier and quicker to install the monitor arm via desk clamp. However sometimes you might prefer to install it via grommet mount, for example your desk might have lip or cable tray in the way of the desk clamp. or you simply want a tidier desk. The grommet mount is bigger enough to cover the cable hole in your desk, but still leave open slots for cables to go through.
Allcam MDM10-series Modular Design
The Allcam MDM10-series multiple LCD desktop mount bracket are carefully designed in modules:
VESA bracket (MDM10BKT): the monitor bolt onto this first;
Arm Sections (MDM10AL): if the cantilever arm assembly in your MDM10-series bracket is not long enough, you can add one or more arm sections.
Joint locks: these module connect the arm assemblies to the pole. Joint lock single (MDM10JLS) for connecting one arm assembly (one monitor), and Joint lock dual (MDM10JLD) for connecting two arm assemblies (two monitors)
Pole module: extra short 20cm, short 44cm (default, MDM10PS), long 72cm (MDM10PL), extra long100cm (MDM10PXL)
