Once your bottom layer of pastrys been draped over the tin and the fillings gone in, just add the top layer, trim off the excess with a knife, then pinch or press together the edges to seal for a pretty, instant fluted finish.
Attractive, easy-release non-stick coating
Made from carbon steel for an even bake, these tins are finished with a double layer of XYNFLON Diamond Blue non-stick coating so your pastry will release easily without breaking or leaving lots of stuck-on crumbs behind. It also has a lovely blue sparkle effect under the light which doesnt have any particular benefit, but does mean these will be quite the prettiest tins in your baking cupboard!
