Pepper mechanism
At Peugeot, every spice has its specific mechanism, designed to best express a variety of flavours that are too often misknown. The steel pepper mechanism features a double row of helical teeth which guides pepper corns down and slices them instead of crushing them to give them the best of their fragrance. This mechanism is also suitable for pink berries (if mixed to a maximum proportion. 15% pepper) and coriander seeds. This mechanism, made in France, in the France-Comtoise manufactory Peugeot, is guaranteed without limited time.
Traditional filling.
This grinder has a traditional filling system. Unscrew the knob on the crank, remove the knob and fill using pepper grains with a diameter of less than or equal to 6 mm to ensure the optimal functioning of the pepper mechanism. Screw it back and play!
U'Select system
With the U'Select system, simply turn the ring at the base of the grinder to easily achieve a perfect grind for every food. Functional, this system does not distract during use and offers 6 pre-set grinding sizes to finally discover the variety of flavours that pepper can offer. Depending on your desires, release all the spitting sound with a finer grind, reveal all its aromas with a larger grind or choose balance with a medium grind.
