Ubibot RS485 Soil Probe is an industrial-grade RS485 based soil moisture sensor that uses digital signal processing. It comes with the longest cables and longest length to detect the soil condition with the latest technology, waterproof up to 3 meters in case of submersion and 125 times of salt impulses to enhance the performance.
The steel probes used by UbiBot RS485 are designed and tested in advance. It will only read when it touches the soil surface at 9-centimentres, so as to prevent error in high waterlogging environments.
We offer accurate monitoring ranges of -25C to 90C (5°F to 98°F) for the probes that have been tested by UbiBot-based platform at different parts in our environment.
