Are you ready for an exciting adventure? Thames & Kosmos' The Crew: The Quest for Planet Nine is a cooperative trick-taking game that takes you on a journey across space as you complete 50 different missions to find a mysterious planet at the edge of our solar system. Your team members are divided into groups of four and each player has their own role that they must fulfill to complete the mission. This game is a perfect mix of adventure and strategy that allows for teamwork, problem-solving, and sometimes even failure.

The game includes a large card deck of 50 missions, each with different requirements for fulfilling them. Some missions require players to complete tasks or use specific skills to succeed. In some missions, players can choose which mission to perform next. As they work through the missions, they will build up a scorecard. Each round, players start by flipping over the top card on their turn.

As they flip the card, they can see which of their skill cards they need to play, as well as any cards held by the other players. On each of those turns, the player must play one card face up, whether or not it helps them fulfill the mission that turn. When the card is flipped over again, the card face up shows the skill card for that turn's task and also provides a clue for the next step in the mission. Once all cards for a particular mission have been played, that mission is complete, and players score points according to how successful they were. The player with the most points after all missions complete wins the game.
