Le Creuset Stoneware is made with premium clay and fired at very high temperatures, yielding a dense, durable ceramic product with excellent thermal resistance. Each product spreads heat evenly and efficiently to keep food warmer for longer when serving. Our stoneware is safe for use in the microwave, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and under the grill. The maximum oven-safe temperature is 260°C/500°F.
