Do I need to rinse the filter after installation?
The new filter should be rinsed for at least 2 minutes to condition and discard the first two batches of eggs before use. The water filter consists of a block of activated carbon made from coconut shells. The new filter contains harmless carbon residues and fine particles. The flushing process removes fine carbon fractions from the system.
What should I do if I bought / received the wrong filters?
We would arrange a free exchange if we stock the compatible filter model.
What can I do if the filter I received is damaged or the filter is missing?
Inappropriate packaging may be used to cause this situation. Free replacement is available.
Do I have to change the filter every two months?
Yes, you should replace the filter every two months or sooner. The life of the filter depends entirely on the quality of the local water and the frequency of use. Failure to replace the filter will result in reduced water flow or buildup / rust in the water. Overloaded filters affect filtration performance and can cause water leakage.
