Since our creation in February 2016, we use 100% FSC certified bamboo by NEPCon.
This is a different species from that pandas feed
Why we use bamboo?
Because it is good for the skin and the environment!
Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world: it can grow up to 1 metre a day.
Bamboo is like grass, it does not need to be replined after harvesting.
It is naturally hypoallergenic and skin-friendly.
Bamboo fiber is soft and absorbent
It also contains less dust particles
We are a young and dynamic company who designs 100% bamboo and ultra-durable products, such as toilet paper, tissues or wipes!
We aim to inspire positive changes for the future through innovative products.
All The Cheeky Panda products are made from 100% virgin bamboo. The only product used during processing is hydrogen peroxide during the whitening process. No other chemical deinking or bleach is used, unlike conventional or recycled toilet papers.
In May 2019, we became the first paper company in the UK to be recognised by The Vegan Society.
In the same year, we became Leaping Bunny certified with Cruelty Free International. We do not carry out any test on animals.
Since March 2016, we have been part of the World Land Trust and NEPCon Carbon Balance Program. We protect plants and animals from the tropical forests endangered by our partnership with The World Land Trust.
