The Jenolite Directorust Stove & BBQ Paint is an ideal solution for restoring old or damaged items such as BBQs, stoves, chiminea's, wood burners, fire screens, fire surrounds, ornaments, garden pots, railings, garden furniture and decorative features to their former glory while adding a sleek new look. This product is made from high quality materials which are both durable and corrosion resistant, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
This paint is suitable for use on a variety of surfaces such as metallic BBQ's, clay chiminea's and even the surrounding brickwork of fireplaces. It provides excellent rust protection and is highly durable to corrosion making it ideal for use on ferrous metals, glass and plastics. This product is suitable for use on a variety of surfaces, including metal, glass and plastics.
Apply this paint directly to a cool surface by shaking the can well before use so that the agitator ball can be heard rattling. Spray in smooth strokes from 15-30cm away to apply a thin and even layer on the surface. Allow time to dry between coats. This product can be applied up to three times to ensure that the whole surface has been covered. This product does not require heat cure, and the time of cure can be achieved by gradually building up the temperature over a period of two hours.
After use, consult the safety data sheet before use, as this aerosol should be stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool, well-ventilated place. Avoid using this paint if the temperature falls below or above the recommended temperature range for this paint.
