When the SSK USB-C Hub is connecting with your laptop, Laptop default audio output is from SSK USB-C Hub, and you want to output the sound through the laptop itself, Please can change the audio output through sound output device settings as above.
Q: Why can't I make the HDMI or VGA port to work? What should I do?

First
, it is that the interface itself does not have a video output, Please check if the connected USB-C port of your device supports "DP Alt Mode", some USB C ports only can transfer data. To do this, please consult your device's user manual, or check the manufacturer's website.
Second
, it is that WINDOWS has been set to " PC screen only", so you need to select by pressing \u201cWin+P\u201d to open the menu to select.
Third
, please check if your HDMI or VGA plug is firmly inserted, and then ensure that the output resolution does not exceed the monitor resolution.
Q: How to set Mirror Mode or Extend Mode?
A: For Win OS laptops: Click the Graphic Settings or Win+P to choose mirror mode or extend mode
