- • Possessing a mid-textured surface and a slightly off-white sturdy 250gsm composition they are highly suitable for both wet and dry media applications, including watercolour. Neutral pH, internally sized & acid-free. Hardback with a recycled Kraft cover
- • The Concertina A5 sketch books consist of a continuous surface folded and compiled like an accordion. This flexible and extremely versatile format allows for personal modification of canvas size from using individual sheets to working across multiple folds for panoramas, landscapes or even complete storyboards
- • Please Note - These papers are traditionally sized with a weak gelatine solution (1%). This is an animal derivative and sadly not vegan friendly. We are however currently working on this with local craftspeople towards future resolution

How are our cotton-rag paper sketchbooks made?
Our rag paper sketchbooks have been incredibly popular since we introduced them.
The 100% cotton-rag paper is handmade using traditional methods by local artisans in Northern India and the sketchbooks are casebound in hardback, by hand, with a beautifully soft, locally-sourced, handmade cotton paper cover, in a deep, Indigo blue dye.
Each sheet of paper is unique, with varying tones and grains but all of them are finished with a beautiful deckled edge.
Available in a range of sizes, Artway Cotton Rag-Paper sketchbooks are suitable for a wide variety of art applications - painting, watercolour, dry and soft media like graphite and soft pastels.
