We have removed the dye from our formula to ensure the product can be used across light coloured surfaces with no fear of staining. This hasn’t impacted the product performance.
How does the new Jeyes Fluid compare with the old product in terms of efficacy?
Our new formula kills bacteria and is active against Avian Influenza. It remains a highly effective multi-purpose cleaner and now it even comes with added performance against limescale and rust. Recently the efficacy against SARS-CoV-2 was tested and proven successfully.
Can Jeyes Fluid be used indoors for general cleaning purposes?
Jeyes Fluid is an outdoor cleaner only and can’t be used indoors.
Can Jeyes Drain Unblocker be used indoors to unblock kitchen/bathroom pipes?
Yes, the product can be used indoors as well.
Can Jeyes be used indoors?
Currently we only recommend that the Jeyes Drain Cleaner, Trigger Sprays and Freshbin Linen are used indoors. Jeyes Fluid and Patio & Decking Power are specifically formulated to clean outdoor areas.
Is Jeyes Patio & Decking Power compatible with a pressure washer?
Yes, at the dilution concentrations indicated on the product label.
Can Jeyes be used to clean, trees, grass, plants or soil?
This product cannot be used to clean these areas. This product is for use on hard surfaces such as patios, decking, plant pots, etc.
Is Jeyes safe for animals?
Jeyes Fluid can be used to hygienically clean pet housing, however, pets should be kept away from the area while cleaning is in progress and until the area is fully dry. Please always follow the instructions.
