Our Acacia wood is also sustainably sourced and environmentally friendly. To clean simply wipe with a warm damp cloth, or under warm soapy water but DO NOT soak in water, NOT suitable for dishwashers. Any stubborn stains can be removed by rubbing with a little salt and lemon juice.To maintain your board in the best condition treat it regularly with a food grade mineral oil for chopping boards to prevent it from drying out. Over time if knife cuts start to spoil the appearance of your board these can be removed by lightly sanding with a fine grade sandpaper before again treating with mineral oil.
