Description
1. Cannot print or there is no ink on the paper.
Restart the printer, remove the cartridge, and use the alcohol prep pad to wipe the chip contactor. Then reinstall the cartridge.
2. Print striations and discontinuities occur or the printer will not print after being left unused.
Run the nozzle cleaning 1 to 2 times then wipe the nozzle with a wet wipe.
