How do you wash these?
Here are the care instructions for our satin pillowcases:
- Choose GENTLE cycle with COLD water on your washing machine. NEVER wash satin items in hot water. Hot water washing may shrink your satin items as much as 10% to 20% in size.
- REMEMBER! Use a laundry detergent that does not contain enzymes or bleach as this will ruin the color of the satin pillowcases.
- When hand-washing, let the item soak in sudsy water for about 3 to 5 minutes. Gently squeeze the suds through the clothing. Rinse thoroughly with cool or cold water. DO NOT wring or twist your satin fabric as it will cause it to lose its shape.
- Satin pillowcases may be air dried, draped over a clothesline or clipped to it with clothespins, Remove the polyester satin immediately when the cycle is complete. This prevents wrinkles in the fabric from forming.
- LOW HEAT IRON. You can use the iron on the low setting to remove wrinkles,so it won’t burn the material. NEVER allowing the iron to linger too long on any one spot.
WASHING INSTRUCTION:
1. Machine wash cold
2. Cool Ironing.
3.Do Not Bleach.
4.Do Not Tumble Dry.
5.Flat air dry recommended.
6. Use cold to lukewarm water and mild detergent.
7. Machine wash only on gentle cycle with a mesh bag.
