1. The total length should not exceed 1.6m, when you need a full rate.
2. We recommend using certified USB 3.2 cables. Substandard products may cause devices failure.
3. It can support USB PD up to 100W (20V/5A) for fast charging, but the actual speed depends on the USB-C male to male cable, charger and your host device.
4. If you hook up a USB-C 2.0 peripheral (Such as Mouse, Keyboard, etc) to our USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 extension cable and it doesn't work as you expected. (USB 2.0 devices can only support one side), please reverse the Female connector of the USB C extension cable. Please make sure you use both sides of the plug to test whether the cable works properly.
5. Please locate a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port on your device that supports video output since not all USB-C ports are able to carry a video signal, it requires features(DP Alt Mode) of your device supported.
6. Video transmission will be unstable due to video signal attenuation from the connector. We don't recommend connecting the usb-c extension cable with a usb-c to 4K HDMI cable.
7. NOT compatible with Apple Multi-media Adapter (USB 3, HDMI, USB C (charge pass through)), Dell Thunderbolt Dock/ Hub/ Base and all models of GoPro Camera.
