High-Precision Activated Carbon Block
The second stage of the RO water filter for Aquarium and water treatment is an activated carbon block with superior quality and high precision at 5-micron. It could effectively further block out sediments and reduce 99% of chlorine, Cysts, VOCs, bad taste, and odors from water. Recommended to be changed per 6 months of usage.
Reverse Osmosis Membrane Ultra Filtration
With a pore-size at 0.0001 microns, the final stage of the RO system- Reverse Osmosis Membrane - can eliminate more than 99.99% harmful contaminants (over 1000 kinds) including but not restricted to arsenic, lead, cysts, copper, fluoride from water, reducing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) by over 99%.
