Question: The speaker doesn't connect to device?
Answer: Speaker needs to be connected/re-paired to device.
Question: A tone is heard every few seconds?
Answer: Speaker needs to be charged.
Question: Bluetooth connection distance cannot reach to 66ft?
Answer: Avoid operating the Bluetooth speaker in areas of strong electromagnetic Interference,such as near induction cookers,large power fans,motors etc.Move the speaker closer to Bluetooth device. Fully charge the speaker and try again.
Question: The speaker will not power on?
Answer: Speaker needs to be charged.
Question: Speaker won't charge?
Answer: If the current of the charging head is too small, it may not be able to charge, please replace it with a DC 5V 1A charging head and try.
Question: The speaker doesn't control track(s)/volume?
Answer: Speaker needs to be in Bluetooth mode for full control.

HEYSONG AQUA is rated IP67, which means the speaker can be heavily splashed with water or left in the rain, even can submerge in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. If the speaker gets wet, it is recommended that you dry the speaker completely before using it again.
Please note:Please make sure that cover is closed and secure before using in a wet environment. Please don't take off the silicone case of the speaker, when put the speaker into the water.
When using your Bluetooth shower speaker, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Keep this product and its charging cable away from excessive heat.
Do not operate this device with a damaged cable or after it has malfunctioned or has been damaged in any manner.

Long press to access the previous track in the playlist. Press once to decrease volume.

a: Long press "Power key " to power on
b: Press and hold Power key again to shut down
c: When there is an incoming call, press this button to activate the speakerphone function.
d: While music is playing, press to play or pause the track.
4. Light key
a: Short press this button to cycle through 5 light modes.
b: Under the playing music mode, you can press and hold the light button to enter the light flash with music mode.
