Wrong connection will cause the TV light not work. You can check whether it is connected in the correct way(Arrow to 5V+
).
Before plugging in, make sure that the light strips are all spread out, otherwise some of the light beads will be short-circuited and burned out. There will only be flashing red and green, even didn't working.
We do not recommend that you cut light strips for use. If you still need to cut, please cut every 3 leds along the cutting marks. After open the app, then turn on Bluetooth, the app will auto to connect the LED lights. Sometimes when the Bluetooth was turned on, it may not be successfully connected. Due to signal problems that the led backlight didn't work. You can turn on the Bluetooth again and wait for 1-2 minutes, and they will automatically connect successfully.
The app can control at most 4 sets of KESHU light strips at the same time. You can click on the icon in the upper left corner of the app, this is the Group Manage-My Devices.

The LED TV lights can be easily cut along the cutting golden marks without damaging the rest strips. And you need to buy connectors.
Don't Modify Pin Sequence
You open the app and Bluetooth, click the settings icon in the upper right corner, and then click "Modify Pin Sequence". The app comes with the correct pin sequence. Please don't modify it.
The wrong Pin Sequence setting will cause the red, green, blue and all the lights to be confused or even the light strip does not work.
