The Reotemp K83C1 Barista Pro is a kitchen thermometer designed to assist in milk frothing and steaming to make lattes, cappuccino and other steamed milk drinks. Our high quality construction ensures a reliable and easy-to-read unit for home and commercial use. The unit is sealed, features a glass lens and can be hand washed for cleaning. Highlighted ranges guide the user in keeping milk at an optimal frothing temperature. The pan clip keeps the unit secure to the side of your pitcher. We use only high quality 304 stainless steel in the stem and bezel construction of the thermometer.
