Matcha Latte
tsp matcha powder, 1 tbsp, cold water, 100 ml, hot water, 300 ml, milkdried roses to taste
Preparation:
Milk froth in the milk frother. Stir matcha smoothly in a bowl of cold water. Add hot water and approx. 1 minute. Put matcha tea in the cup, pour milk and milk foam, crumble rose petals and sprinkle over it as a topping.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
2 tablespoons of pumpkin purees, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon ground cloves, 1 teaspoon piment, 2 teaspoons of nutmeg, 1 tsp, vanilla extract, 500 ml, milk2 espresso shots
Preparation:
Mix all spices. Puree, sugar and tsp spice mix per serving in a pot and approx. Leave to boil for 5 minutes. Prepare espresso and stir thoroughly with the Pumpkin Spice. Strain the espresso through a fine strainer to strain coarser spice residues. Separate spice espresso on the cups. Lather milk hot and spread over the cups. Sprinkle some spice mixture on the milk foam as a decoration.
Iced Vanilla Latte
4 espresso shots 400 ml whole milk ice cubes 400 ml water 300 g sugar 90 g brown sugar 1 vanilla pod
Preparation:
For the syrup, vanilla pod, scrape out the mark and place everything in a pot of water, sugar and brown sugar. Boil and approx. Leave to boil for 20 minutes. Fill 2/3 glasses with ice cubes. Prepare cold milk foam in the milk frother. Make espresso and with approx. 2 teaspoons of syrup per glass. Put directly into the glasses. Pour cold milk from the milk frother into the glasses and place milk foam with a spoon.
