In a rare case due to long shipping and vacuumed packing, it may be possible that 1% cushion does not get fully fluffed shape. Thats OK, we have an easy solution as you have Zipper insert. Kindly follow the following steps.
1. Open the zipper and remove all stuffing.
2. Pull apart all the lumps of stuffing with your hands
3. Start filling back the cushion, make sure to fill corner first.
4. Once all stuffing is back inside, zip it back
5. You have successfully fluffed your cushion, you can do this every six month or whenever needed.
