Please refer to to the below instruction:
1). Please kindly install the support bar to the bottom first when you received, it helps the ladder to keep more balance;
2). If you want to use the ladder as A-frame one, please keep the ladder combine together first, then extend the ladder to the height you want. After that, unfold the ladder to be in A-frame shape. In this situation, even though the bottom lock mechanisms did not lock, the ladder would not swing a lot;
3). If you are using the ladder which is in A-frame shape and want to move it, please keep the ladder combine together first, and then move the ladder by holding the bottom of ladders.
