--there are two longer clips at the edge of the rear side and two clips at the front side, Snap on the two longer clips first, and snap the other clips till security.

Q: My MacBook case's bottom part is loose or keeps falling off. Why?
A: As for the bottom cover, there are two longer clips at the edge of the rear side and two clips at the front side, Please snap on the rear side two longer clips first, and snap the other clips till security,then the case will fit perfectly and will not be loose. You also can refer to our instruction paper coming with the case.
Q:How to remove the case?
A: Look at the clips/tabs that hold the case -- it pops out when you put pressure on the tabs with thumbs (as if you were trying to lift them).
