This clock doesn't have a second hand. The longest red hand indicates the day of the week. Turn the red knob to set the day of the week and turn the black knob to set the time.

Installation steps
Remove the metal on the back cover and open it, being careful not to drop the glass.
Take off the clock hands or the movement and adjust them.
Install the frame and re-start the clock.
What should we do if the clock doesn't work?
Check the battery. Please make sure the battery is in correct position and not run out.
Check the clock hands. Please make sure they are parallel. If the pointers are loose or droop, you can disassemble the clock according to our installation steps.
-DO NOT rotate the clock hands directly as it will damage the movement.
